Best of break-reminding software..
Great! Tried several, this is the best one.
Plus: super-simple, eyes are not that tired at the evening
Minus: cannot re-run itself when killed with CTRL+ALT+DEL, because sometimes annoying.
Pros: simple
eyes are relaxed
Cons: restart itself when killed with ctrl_alt_del

Helps avoid eye pain, but you have to get used to it (interrupts your work.
If you get used to constant work interruption (this could happen in half a year, heh), you feel your eyes less tired at the end of the day.
Pros: simple
eyes feel better
Cons: please add auto-restart after killing with CTRL+ALT+DEL

When you get used to making breaks, it will be very useful..
Very simple. Its hard to get used to it (breaks work too frequently at my settings), but when you're fine with it, your eyes feel more rerfeshed at the end of the day.

Install. Endure six month (you'll get used to it). Enjoy! :).
Yes, i know, the black screen could be annoying. BUT! When you get used to it (in a year, heh), you feel your eyes really less tired.
I dont want to wear glasses, so i use it.

Awesome software as goodvas eyeprotectorpro.
I used this software itvworks great, but it was too expensive so got eyeprotectorpro one time license fee works similar.
